1 scoop Ceremonial Matcha
170mL of water (hot or cold)
Scoop 1g of Ceremonial Matcha into your bowl. If necessary use your whisk to press out any lumps in the powder. Add 20mL of room temp water and whisk to achieve a 'matcha paste'.
Add another 150mL water to the bowl (hot or cold). If hot 70'C is ideal as boiling water can burn your matcha and create a bitter taste
Whisk matcha in 'M' motion until you have a frothy layer on the surface. Find a quiet place to savour the moment and enjoy
