1 1/2 cups ivory teff flour*
1 1/2 cups activated almond milk
1 tbsp gluten free baking powder
2 medium bananas
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp Everyday Blend matcha
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
Toppings: Honey, coconut cream, fruits
1. Add the bananas, flaxseed, milk, honey and oil to a blender and blend well so that the bananas are fully mixed through.
2. In a separate mixing bowl add the teff flour, baking powder & matcha, and mix thoroughly. Stir in the milk and banana mixture
3. Place your oiled fry pan on a medium heat and add one scoop of mixture to the pan and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until small bubbles rise to the top.
4. Serve with some fresh fruit, honey and coconut cream
