1 cup almonds
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
8 Medjool dates
2 tbsp rice malt syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tsp Everyday Blend Matcha
1 tsp vanilla bean
pinch Himalayan pink salt
1.In a food processor, process almonds into fine pieces.
2.Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture comes together.
3.Add the sweetener to taste, it can also be used to make your mixture more ‘sticky’ depending on the juiciness of your dates.
4.Roll into balls, coat in additional matcha powder or coconut if desired.
