Shipping is calculated automatically in the shopping cart once your shipping address has been entered. We offer free standard shipping (non-tracked) for all products Australia wide.
Orders are shipped within 48 hrs and they typically arrive within 5-8 working days. If you are waiting on your order and it has been more than 8 working days please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Postage is also available for all other countries, there is no minimum spend and it is automatically calculated in the shopping cart once your shipping address has been entered. We offer a flate rate for international shipping of $14.95 or free standard shipping for all orders over $60.
Matcha Tea Haus is not liable for any loss of goods by Australian Post (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, if your Matcha Tea Haus products do not arrive we may be able to issue you a discretionary refund whereby a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of purchase. We only accept returns and exchanges for defective products (this is defined as a product that is unfit for safe consumption or use, due to its age, contamination or packaging damage). To qualify for a return the product must be in its original packaging and the product must not be opened or damaged in any way, this applies to both our non-perishable and perishable products.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any purchases where you have simply changed your mind.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. If for any reason your product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
